Overhead Insulated Cable
1. Application of Overhead Insulated Cable :
Overhead insulated cable are mainly used in the streets with dense trees clse to the buildings, site of urban construction and lead to transformer. Using this cable,it is unneccessary to prune the branches, so thant reduce the across and parallel distance of the cable. It is convenient to install and high mobility . It can reduce accidents of electric shouck and power failure carsing by circuit troubles. To guarantee supllying of electic power for industry production and residents` safety. It is especially suitable for an old city , which has densely buildings ,densely population and narrow streets.
2. Characteristics of Overhead Insulated Cable
1. Rated voltage U0/U :0.6/1 KV
2. Max. permissible long-time working temperature : PVC or PE insulated conductor is not more than 70 ℃,and that of XLPE insulation is not more than 90 ℃ .
3. Installing temperature should not be below -20 ℃ .
4. Admissible bending radius to cable :When overall-diameter (D) is less than 25 mm , it should be not less than 4D . When overall diamter(D) is 25mm or more , it should not be less than 6D .
Our overhead insulated cable have formed a system, such as single core, two-core ,three core and four core. There are conductors of aluminium , aluminium alloy or aluminium steel-reinforced . 3.1 Duplex Service Drop
Applications
To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites,outdoor or street lighting . For service at 600 volts or lower at a conductor temperature of 75℃ maximum.

Concentic strand or cmpressed 1350-H19 conductor , polyethylene or cross linked polyethylene insulation, concentric strand AAC, ACSR, or 6201 alloy nertral messenger.
3.2 Triplex Service Drop
Applications
To supply power from the ulility`s lines to the consumer`s weatherhead. For service at 600 volts or less(phase to phase ) at a conductor temperature of 75℃ maximum for PE insulation or 90℃ maximum for XLPE insulation .
Construction

3.3 Quadruplex Service Drop
Applications
Used to supply 3 phase power , usually from a pole-mounted transformer to the use`s servic head where connection to the service entance cable is made . To be used at voltages of 600 volts or less phase to phase and at conductor temperature not to exceed 75℃ for PE insulated conductors or 90℃ for XLPE insulated conductors.
Construction
Conductors are concentrically standed , compressed 1350-H19 aluminium . Insulated with either polyethylene or XLPE . Neutral messengers aer concentrically stranded 6210 AAAC , AAC or ACSR
